The app and the manager portal

On site in the app. At your desk in the browser.

Projects saved to a workspace are the same projects in both places. Projects kept only on your device stay on that device.

On site: the app

Walk the job on iPhone or iPad. Capture each snag with its photo and location, send Contractor links and review what comes back.

At your desk: the manager portal

Open your workspace projects in a web browser to check the register, coordinate contractors, review completed fixes and manage your company’s members and invitations.

The working record

Walk the job.
Mark the snags.
Hand over the record.

The photo, the location, the trade’s response and your decision stay together, from the site walk to the handover record.

Export a PDF report with each snag’s photos, location and status. Work awaiting review is not closed until a manager accepts it.

Why Snaglist exists

Built from site experience.
A practical reason to build it.

Daniel built Snaglist after years in site management and quantity surveying, to get the snag list to the person doing the work and the evidence back to the person reviewing it.

Do contractors need an app or an account?

No. The trade opens the Contractor link in a web browser on their phone or computer. They do not install an app or create an account, and they never pay. If you set a PIN, give it to them separately.

Which devices can I use?

Snaglist is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Check the listing for device compatibility. Managers can also sign in to the manager portal in a web browser to work on projects saved to a workspace. The trades you send Contractor links to only need a web browser.

What is the difference between submitted and accepted?

When the trade sends a completion photo, the work is submitted and waits for your review. You then accept the work or send it back. The snag closes only on a manager’s decision; a submission never closes it by itself.

Can I start free?

Yes. Snaglist Free covers one project, 20 snags per project, five photos per snag and five Contractor links a month. Snaglist Pro is £14.99 a month or £119.99 a year in the UK, bought and managed through Apple.

Do I need an account?

Not to record snags: you can walk the job and build the record on your iPhone without one. To send Contractor links or work with colleagues, sign in and create the project in a workspace. Projects saved to a workspace are stored on our service and appear on your other signed-in devices.
