Capture it on the walk
Give the snag a clear description and add a photo. Keep the original observation with the record.

Record the location
Name the room and the exact spot so the next person can find it.

Send a Contractor link
Choose the snags and the contractor. The trade opens the link in a browser, with no account and no app, and sees the photo, location and description.

Review the completion photo
The trade’s completion photo is a submission. It waits under Awaiting review until a manager accepts the work or sends it back. Only a manager’s decision closes the snag.

Hand over the record
Export a PDF report of the job, with each snag’s photos, location and status, and completion photos beside the original.
