Put the snag where the work is
A room name narrows it down. A pin on the floor plan shows the place, while the snag’s photograph explains what needs attention.
Give the next person the context
- Add the relevant floor plan to the project.
- Locate the snag on the plan and keep its reference with the record.
- Add a close photograph and a written description of the issue.
- Use the exported record to discuss the relevant work with the contractor.
Use a readable plan and a separate snag for each issue. Avoid placing several unrelated observations under one pin.
