Put the snag where the work is
A room name narrows it down. A pin on the floor plan shows the place, while the snag’s photograph explains what needs attention.
Give the next person the context
- Add the relevant floor plan to the project.
- Locate the snag on the plan and keep its reference with the record.
- Add a close photograph and a written description of the issue.
Use a readable plan and a separate snag for each issue. Avoid placing several unrelated observations under one pin.

Check the drawing’s revision before pinning the work. A floor-plan pin records a location; it does not confirm dimensions or replace the project’s drawing control process.
