The list is only half the job

A useful snag list needs to reach the person doing the work. The return evidence then needs to make it back to the person reviewing it.

That is the problem behind Snaglist. The app captures the snag on the walk and keeps its location and photos together. A Contractor link sends it to the trade, who opens it in a browser without an account and sends the completion photo back for review.

Snaglist is built around a practical record: a clear observation, its location, the trade’s response and the manager’s decision. That record is what goes into the handover.
