Keep these details in the record

1. Give each observation its own reference and location.
2. Describe the visible issue and attach a clear photograph.
3. Record follow-up evidence separately from the original observation.

A list is useful when the person receiving it can identify the work and respond. Send the trade a Contractor link for their snags: they open it in a browser with no account and send a completion photo. The snag waits for review and closes only on a manager’s decision.
