2. Describe the visible issue and attach a clear photograph.
3. Record follow-up evidence separately from the original observation.

A list is useful when the person receiving it can identify the work and respond. The current app keeps your snag record offline; use an exported report to discuss the work. Contractor links, account sync and online manager review are planned for v2.0.
